​Important Information

  • No previous meditation or mindfulness practice necessary.

  • Small group instruction limited to 15 participants.

  • To get the most out of the experience we ask that you commit to:

    • attending a minimum of 6 weekly classes​

    • 30 minutes a day of at home practice (if possible) between sessions 

  • This program satisfies one of the prerequisites to becoming an MSC Teacher.

​Fees 

  • $495 for the 8-week program including the half-day retreat.

  • We offer a limited number of scholarships. If cost is a limiting factor for you, please contact us for more information.
