  • Shortened MSC program consists of 6 weeks of online classes

  • Classes are 90 minutes each

  • No previous meditation or mindfulness practice required

  • Daily home practice between sessions highly encouraged

​Advanced Self-Compassion Workshop Series

  • A four-part series offered to graduates of our previous MSC courses.

  • Topics covered will include:

    • Living our Core Values during the pandemic​

    • Forgiving Ourselves and Others

    • Living in Fierce (Yang) Self-Compassion

    • Working with Shame

  • Small group instruction limited to 15 participants.

  • $75 / class or all four workshops for $225

​Full 8-Week Mindful Self-Compassion Program 

  • The full MSC program consists of 8 weeks of classes plus a half-day retreat

  • Classes are 3 hours

  • No previous meditation or mindfulness practice required

  • 30 minutes / day of home practice between sessions highly encouraged

  • This program satisfies one of the requirements to become an MSC teacher

  • $549 for the 8-week program including the half-day retreat
