Drop-In Classes

All are welcome to join our drop-in classes.

Fridays at 9am (Pacific Time)


Kim Levan offers a 30-min meditation class every third Friday via Zoom. For scheduling, and to sign up, please visit the Pause website.

This class is in collaboration with Pause Meditation.

There are no other drop-in classes at this time.
