
Mindful Self-Compassion
The Mindful Self-Compassion Course (MSC) is an empirically-supported training program developed out of groundbreaking research by Dr. Kristin Neff and the clinical expertise of Dr. Christopher Germer.
Course Details
Weekly classes consist of instructional talks, experiential exercises, guided meditation practice, inquiry, and group discussion, which are designed to cultivate self-compassion in daily life. Home practices are offered each week to help you deepen your practice between classes.
By the end of our time together, you will have a toolbox of inner resources to help you build resilience in the face of life's many challenges and treat yourself with kindness when you need it most.
