
Mindful Self-Compassion
The Mindful Self-Compassion Course (MSC) is an empirically-supported training program developed out of groundbreaking research by Dr. Kristin Neff and the clinical expertise of Dr. Christopher Germer.
Course Details​
Weekly classes consist of instructional talks, experiential exercises, guided meditation practice, inquiry, and group discussion, which are designed to cultivate self-compassion in daily life. Home practices are offered each week to help you deepen your practice between classes.
By the end of our time together, you will have a toolbox of inner resources to help you build resilience in the face of life's many challenges and treat yourself with kindness when you need it most.​​
